Which samples are needed?
The Complete Screen uses respective blood and urine samples to detect a host of infections. There are no swabs, and you will not need to fast before your test. To ensure that you can provide a urine sample at your appointment, we advise you to avoid using the toilet for at least two hours prior to testing.
How do I get my results?
Your results will be available within five working days of your samples' arrival at our laboratory. You can check the progress of your results via the secure Patient Area on our website. We will also send you a text, email or call you as soon as they are all available.
What if I test positive?
If you do test positive for an STI, do not worry. We are here to help you. You have done the right thing by getting yourself tested. Most STIs are curable, and Better2Know can help you to access the treatment you require in a discreet and efficient manner.
